I recently made Afritada, and a dish called "Sopas" popped up in my recommendations.

I was curious about it. Afritada was surprisingly good, which made me quietly more interested in Filipono food.

I've never had authentic Sopas, but the one I made turned out just how I like it creamy and mild.
